2016 was a cold year and Coutures is one of the finest juice we realised this year. Very voluptuous , the finish is cheery and the nose intense.

Destemming: Yes

Sorting: To keep the entirety of the grapes, we transfer the grapes by a conveying belt to the reaction tank after the sorting on table.

Macération: Prefermentaire in cold with neither punching on the cap nor trituration; Regular winding-up is required

Fermentation: Alcoholic fermentation is realised with indigenous yeast ; malolactic fermentation is realised in the oak-barrels of 600L which haves been used for other 2 or 3 wines

SO2 Total 18Mg/L


Aging: 18 months in the oak-barrels of 600L,on fine lees

Vol 12,5 %
